As promised! Here are today's new issues:

As the group prepares to head out and find the Hulk, though, Bruce Banner is found an emotional wreck by two local Seattle cops who don't know that they're in over their heads - until it's too late! The march towards major revelations continues in "In The Commission Of Many Offenses" by Derrick Ferguson!

Marvel Two-in-One #4 · The time-traveling adventures of Ben Grimm continue as he is thrusted to Britain circa 1945 to witness the final showdown between Baron Zemo and the star-spangled duo, Captain America and Bucky! But the infamous event is changed drastically, culminating in an appearance by none other than Uatu the Watcher! Is this the end of the road for the ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thing? Find out in "Death Be Not Likely!" by Curt Fernlund!

X-Men Unlimited #9 · In the aftermath of Xavier's revelation regarding baby John Summers - and the Professor's subsequent disappearance - Scott and Jean struggle to move on with their lives. Plus, Wolverine returns to the mansion, and Chyna starts to settle into her new life as an X-Man in "A New Dawn" by James Jordan!

So I totally forgot to post this here on Sunday (actual date of the last update), but oh well, better late than never. I keep forgetting I have his thing :)

Runaways #9 · Chase Stein's fate is revealed as the Runaways' struggle against the Pride continues - and takes a turn for the worse! Meanwhile, the Falcone brothers reunite and plan to rescue their friends, but will they be enough? Everything's headed downhill as one of the kids is presented to the Gibborim for the Rite of Thunder in part two of "Obedience Training", by Hunter Lambright!

Werewolf By Night #3 · Asia leads the way to the hidden werewolf haven - and Jack is in for quite a surprise upon his arrival! As he mulls his loss of being unique now that he's amongst his bretheren, he also gets caught up in a fight for his life! It doesn't end there, as Jack gets a peak at the sinister side of the "New Kingdom", part three by Mike McGee!

X-Factor 2.0 #19 · As half the team faces a reprimand for a disastrous mission, Ms. Witch and Vargas finally encounter the woman responsible for the death of Elena's brother - the assassin called Echo! Meanwhile, Polaris is in captivity and is reunited with... well, you'll just have to read to find out! All this and more in part three of "Irrational Choices", by Brent Lambert!

So that's that. I'm also happy to announce that, starting this Friday there will be an update every week with a minimum of three new issues per release. I figure that keeping a consistent and constant update schedule going will not only go to show that MO isn't going anywhere, but possibly (hopefully) help people to write more. We'll see if it works :)

That is officially my new favorite catchphrase :)

Well I am back on the LJ... I had totally forgotten about it, as I've been strictly on MySpace for the most part (and I'm not even on that one anymore as much as I used to be). Up until a month or so ago, there really wasn't much to say fanfic-wise anyway, as my work at Marvel Omega was stalled for almost a year... UXM #53 came out last June, and it was just a month ago that I *finally* got done with issue #54. The delay is absoultely ridiculous, but hopefully that dry spell is over for a good long time. It was a mixture of writer's block and work wearing me down (retail - 'nuff said).

But I am officially back in the game, and me, Dino, and the other guys at MO have been cooking up some new plots for the X-titles and I'm excited. I missed my series and my characters, and missed chatting about our work and ideas and such. It feels good to be back, and I can't wait until I've got more issues done and we start chugging out some of the future stories we've lined up. UXM #55 is done too, just waiting for the next MO update to be posted, and #56 is coming along nicely as well.

In addition I have my old pal Daniel a.k.a. "Spoon" doing lots of artwork for both UXM and my upcoming Astonishing X-Men series. It's all going to be going into Marvel Omega's X-Men Handbook (which has been in production for centuries it seems). I can't wait to see everything he does :D

I guess I'll end here for now...

Marvel Omega had an update today with four new issues - Fantastic Four #12, Ultimate Spider-Man #4, Ultimate X-Men 2.0 #23, and my own Uncanny X-Men #52. Check 'em out! There's also our first author spotlight, with me being the first one interviewed.

And I've finally gotten around to doing some reviews, so here's the first batch. I've found that reviewing storyarcs rather than single issues might work best to help me keep up :) The exception being Curt's F4 since I'm long overdue to give him any feedback.

Warning: There are spoilers in the reviews so read them at your own risk. )

I am on a roll. Uncanny X-Men #52 is in the bag, and I'm about a third of the way through #53. And as soon as that's done, it'll be on to #54, plus the first issue of the new Jubilee series!

I had a "plot explosion" the other day too, and ended up plotting UXM all the way up to issue #80. I don't know why it happened... it just did. And it's not stopping there either - I am definitely on the path to #100, in which even now I have a clear idea of what will happen.

I've yet to even start on the first issue of Interpol, and part of me is seriously considering finding a co-writer for that one. Of all the series I'll be working on, it'll definitely be the hardest to write and hence it'll be the one with the most delays. Who could I ask, though? Hmmm...

I'm well on my way to completing Uncanny X-Men #52, it will likely be done this weekend. And I'm ready to start on issues #53-55 as well; those three string together in their own little storyarc, though I'm not sure I'll actually post them that way. I'm hoping it'll be a quick shot through them though, I'd actually like to get some issues stockpiled so I can release them at regular intervals.

And this summer at MO is going to be CRAZY, we have at least eight new series debuting. The site just keeps getting bigger by the minute, I can't believe it's come this far in two and a half years. Dino and I are doing it right I guess! Hopefully I can keep up with all my writing chores though; I have three new series debuting (Interpol, Jubilee, and a special top-secret project that only two other know about). I just might need a scripter for one of the series but we'll see.

I'm contemplating writing something for DC Omega's anthology title, but what? I am a complete DC ignoramous. I know the basics of Superman and Batman and that's all. I wouldn't even know where to start. Hmm, I guess we'll see... not really high on the priority list right now :)

As of right now I'm working on Uncanny X-Men #52, and hopefully will be able to complete it tomorrow (I have the whole day pretty much to myself, yay!). It's been hard to get any writing done for the past month and a half because I've had no free time; but now I'm kinda back into the swing of things. UXM #52 is coming along nicely, I'm especially enjoying writing M and Husk. I used to detest both of these characters with a fiery passion, but it's thanks to Chris Munn that I now harbor a great fondness for Husk. Not Jubilee-level fondness, but fondness :)

I'm also working on an array of interview questions Dino sent me for Marvel Omega's first author spotlight, and those should be done soon too. Like I said, got a whole day at home by myself tomorrow, so I should be able to accomplish a lot. And then hopefully we will see an MO update on Monday.

I really need to do some reviews for MO's titles, though. I feel so bad that all these updates have gone by and I've not said a word, I've not even been able to read anything. I'm SOOOOOO far behind, but not for long. I especially owe some reviews to Curt for his FF... I don't think I've ever reviewed a single issue. And really, being the supposed Editor-in-Chief, I should be reading and reviewing each and every issue that goes up on the site. Back in the day I used to do that, but it's difficult now. I'll do my best though.

I figured I may as well have my own fanfic/etc journal since I'm using MySpace for my "personal" page now, but my old LJ was just cluttered with so many old posts that it seemed best just to start fresh. And I had to poke some fun at myself in the process... people in elementary school used to called me Krapienski and it used to piss me off, but now I just laugh at it. How many people can seamlessly insert a word like that into their last name???

So I'm sure I'll have plenty of random things to say on here... reviews, previews, whatever I feel like. There's always something stirring up in that brain of mine.
